Q&A

What if the drink gets leaked?

  • Make sure the gasket is installed correctly and the inner and lid units are securely fastened.
  • Make sure you have not added too much drinks.
  • Please check that the inner cavity unit, lid unit, and gasket are not damaged or worn.

What if the bottle inside the main unit discolors?

  • If you have little drinks or ice, increasing the amount is effective.
  • Please check that the unit is not damaged. Fill in almost a full amount of boiling water, and after 20 to 30 minutes, if it feels warm to touch the body with your hand, consult the store where you purchased it.

What if it smells strange?

  • Please check that there is no dirt on the inner bottle, inner unit, and lid unit.

What if the gasket has discolored?

  • If there is dirt or mold attached, follow the care instructions to use oxygen bleach.
