MIKI HOUSEWe will introduce how to handle pre-shoes. Please take a look at the product you have and check the relevant parts.

Preschools' attention to detail

The baby's feet are mostly made up of cartilage, and the cartilage that is growing is weak and prone to deformation. It is said that the foot skeleton is completely formed around the age of 18, and if you continue to wear shoes that do not suit your feet during the period up until then, it can hinder the correct growth of your body as well as your feet.
Also, when babies start walking, their cerebrum is stimulated by the various sensations transmitted from the soles of their feet, which encourages the development of sensory organs such as balance, so it is very important to walk a lot barefoot. Therefore,MIKI HOUSEThe pre-shoes are designed with a focus on "barefoot feel."

Preshoes Features

Due to its lightweight design, it helps you get used to the shoes with a feeling that is almost barefoot.

*There are some exceptions depending on the item.

Examples of usage

It can also be used as a practice shoe to get used to first shoes.

*Please be careful of severe wear on asphalt and gravel roads. Since it is made of soft material, repeated rubbing on the ground may cause tears.
*When learning to toddle and go on a serious outdoor walk, switch to first shoes.

How to choose pre-shoes

Try on both feet and check the condition you actually wear them before choosing them. Even shoes with the same size display may vary slightly in internal dimensions and comfort depending on the design and material. Make sure to check the fit, ease of movement, and the area around your feet before choosing. The perfect condition is to have a moderate amount of room on the toes so that they do not interfere with the movement of your fingers.
When wearing, align your heels tightly, then secure your ankles with an instep belt or something similar to ensure that your feet do not move back and forth inside the shoes.

  • Although there are individual differences, children's feet grow very quickly, with children growing approximately 1cm per year until they are around the age of two.
Therefore, even if it is just the right size at first, it can become cramped before you notice it. Make sure to measure your feet frequently for about three months, and choose the perfect size for your feet.
