About detergent

There are two types of synthetic detergents that we use, which are mildly alkaline and neutral.
Please choose according to the material and color of the product.

Weak alkaline

The most common detergent. It can be used with most materials (cotton, linen, rayon, synthetic fibers, etc.) except for wool and silk. Many of these contain optical brighteners, so raw or light-colored products may discolor white every time you wash them.

neutral

Because there is no fluorescent brightener in it, If you want to keep the natural or light colored colors intact, we recommend using a neutral detergent.
The cleaning power is slightly inferior to that of weakly alkaline detergents,
Suitable for wool products marked with hand wash and delicate and stylish clothing.

How to wash

1. Be careful of any remaining and uneven melting of detergent.

When using a fully automatic washing machine, cold water may cause the detergent to remain undissolved, which can cause uneven color.
If possible, we recommend dissolving detergent in hot water before adding it.
The cleaning effect does not change even if you add a lot of detergent.
Conversely, rinsing can take a long time and cause unnecessary damage to clothing. Use the amount shown.

2. Check the display to see if a laundry net is required.

For items that are prone to deformation or are prone to snagging, the term "use a net" is indicated in the terminology section with the washing name.
Place it in a fine mesh net and wash it.
Additionally, by turning it over and washing it, it can prevent fading due to friction during washing.

3. Rinse thoroughly.

If left wet in the washing tub for a long time, it may cause tingling and transfer of the dye.
Shape it straight away and dry it.

4. Dry quickly after dehydration.

If left wet in the washing tub for a long time, it may cause tingling and transfer of the dye.
Shape it straight away and dry it.

*Color crying and transferring
When products using multiple colors get wet, the dark dye will move to the lighter areas.
This is what causes the dye to ooze out, and is called "color crying."
Also, if you layer it with other items while it is wet, the dark color will transfer to other parts. This is "transfer of dye."

5. Dry in the shade in a well-ventilated place.

If exposed to direct sunlight while still damp, it may fade.
If you are worried, we recommend turning it over and drying it.
