[Important] Regarding Yamato Transport's "Charges for baggage forwarding"

Due to a recent change in Yamato Transport's terms and conditions, changes to the delivery address after shipment will be subject to charges starting from June 1, 2023 (Thursday).
If the delivery address is changed (forwarded), the forwarding fee will be collected on delivery from the customer receiving the package at the time of delivery.
A forwarding fee will be charged even if the item is for a gift.
The customer receiving the package will be responsible for paying the shipping fee.
When placing your order, please make sure that the delivery address is correct.
Please note the following.
・To change the address of a package that has been shipped, the customer receiving the package must directly request Yamato Transport to change the address.
-Even if the shipment has not yet been completed, if we receive an inquiry and the preparation for shipment is already underway, we will not be able to change the delivery address.
To customers who are registered members
We cannot change the address for orders whose shipping status has progressed to "Product Preparation" in the order history on My Page.
・We are not responsible for any additional forwarding fees incurred due to changes in delivery address.
According to Yamato Transport's terms and conditions, the customer receiving the package will be responsible for paying on delivery.
・If the gift package cannot be delivered (e.g. the recipient's address is unknown or the recipient is absent for a long period of time, etc.), the package will be delivered to the sender listed on the invoice. Please check the Yamato Transport website for details.
