About the order process

MIKI HOUSE Below is an explanation of how to order on the official website.

If you are on your smartphone, tap the menu button on the left side of the top of the screen and click "Login/New Registration" on your computer, select "login" on the top of the screen and register as a new member or log in.

Please enter the page for the product you wish to purchase.

Please select the size, color, and quantity you would like to purchase and add it to your cart.

*Products that have not been sold, have ended, or have been waiting for arrival cannot be purchased.
*Products will not be secured simply by adding them to your cart. Items will be secured only once the purchase is completed.

  1. Please check the items you order, the number of purchases and the price.
  2. If you wish to change the number of points you wish to purchase, please enter the number you would like.
  3. If you would like to cancel your order, please click the "Delete" button for that item.
  4. If you would like to continue ordering other products, please click the "Continue shopping" button.
 

Once all the items you wish to purchase have been added to your cart, please click the "Proceed to purchase" button.

Please select if you have specified a delivery date and time.
 

If you would like a delivery box, please check the delivery box field.

Please specify the delivery address.
If you would like to receive your order to an address that you have already registered, please select the desired delivery address from the saved address and press the "Proceed to Select Shipping Method" button.

 

If you have not registered an address, please enter your delivery address in the "Shipping Address" field.

*You will need to choose one destination for each order.
*If the address you are sending to is your family home, please enter "○○-sama".

If you would like the item wrapped, please select "Set up gift wrapping".

*Wrapping on this site is charged (550 yen including tax).

On the gift wrapping settings screen, there are options for "gift wrapping" and "not used", so please select "gift wrapping".
Also, if there is a mixture of items in your cart that you would like gift wrapping and items you do not want gift wrapping, if you uncheck "Use wrapping" displayed on the right side of the product on the same screen, you will not be eligible for gift wrapping.

 

If you would like gift wrapping, you can also choose a message card.

 

Once all of the above settings have been completed, press the "Set Gift" button (red) at the bottom of the screen to reflect your settings.

  • Gift wrapping is charged (550 yen including tax). This is a "authorized paid wrapping" that comes with a tote bag (shopper) and one message card you selected.

  • If you choose gift wrapping, we will cut the price tag before delivering it.

  • The gift wrapping shape will be wrapped in the perfect shape at our online shop.
    We will pack it together and package it as much as possible, and we cannot divide the wrapping into multiple pieces at the customer's request.
    * Customers cannot specify this.

  • You can only specify a message card if you choose wrapping.
    You can only select one card from a number of standard messages printed on it.
    * Customers are not allowed to freely enter a message when placing an order. We have a "plain" message card, so you can send the delivery address to your home and write your own message by hand.
    *Even if the wrapping cannot be combined in one due to the shape of the product, only one message card will be included.

  • We will provide the type of tote bag (shopper) in the perfect shape to match the shape of the gift wrapping.
    * Customers cannot specify this.

You can choose to pay by credit card, cash on delivery, PayPay, dPay, ALIPAY, Rakuten Pay, WeChatPay, and NP deferred payment.

If you are purchasing (guest purchase) without logging in as a member, please enter the information about the person who placed the order.
If the address of the recipient and the person who placed the order are the same, please select "The person who placed the order is the same as the address of the recipient."
If you would like to deliver the item directly to the gift recipient, please select "The orderer and shipping address are different" and enter the sender. The sender's information entered will be written in the "Sendor" section of the shipping slip.

If you would like to use a coupon, enter the coupon code in the coupon code entry field in your cart, then press the button to the right of that box to apply the coupon discount.

Press "Order Complete" to display the order completion screen, and you're done.
You will receive an order completion email to the email address you entered as your contact information, so please check.
If you do not receive the email, please check that there is no email in your spam folder or similar.
 

If you do not specify a delivery date for your ordered items, they will be shipped by Kuroneko Yamato (Yamato Transport Co., Ltd.) within three business hours after the order date.
In addition, some special items take longer than usual to deliver.
If you choose cash on delivery as your payment method, you will be required to pay in cash to a Kuroneko Yamato delivery person at the delivery address when the product is delivered.

If you choose NP deferred payment, we will deliver a payment envelope separately from the product to the address entered as the person who placed the order, so please use that to make your payment.

About delivery

The delivery method is by courier (Kuroneko Yamato).

If you have not specified a delivery date, we will ship it from the warehouse within three business days following the order date.
*Orders with no specified delivery date will be shipped with priority. Therefore, if you specify a delivery date, shipping will be delayed.

*Delivery dates vary depending on the delivery area. Due to reasons such as far away, we may not be able to accept your specified date. Thank you for your understanding.
*Orders placed during long holidays will be shipped from the end of the holiday.
*Please check the product page for estimated delivery times for special products such as furniture (baby beds, etc.), personalized products, lucky bags, and birth preparation sets.

We do not ship overseas.
