[How to use] Please put a 15cm insole in the 15cm shoes.

By laying the insole, the inside of the shoes is raised and you can wear it with a size that is close to 14.5cm.

Similarly, use 16cm insole for 16cm shoes and 17cm insole for 17cm shoes.

By using the insole, you can use it in a 0.5cm smaller size.

Please note that the inside of the shoe is raised by laid the insole, but the vertical length (foot length) inside the shoe does not change.
