How to give e-gifts

How to receive e-gifts

Pickup screen

Open the URL you received on your email or social media and proceed to "Proceed to the receipt screen."

Please proceed to "Receive a gift" at the bottom of the product image. *Please be careful of the pickup deadline.

- Limit one item to purchase per order.
- Cannot be purchased with other products.
-Coupons and novelties are not available.

- You can choose to use a message card and a digital message card during the purchase process.
-You can choose one each.
 
◆About digital message cards
- A digital message card that is displayed on your smartphone or computer screen when you receive a gift.
- You can also enter a message when displaying on the screen.
 
◆About message cards
・This is a paper card.
-The message card you choose will be delivered along with the product.
 
◆About e-gift products prices
・Product price + wrapping fee of 550 yen (tax included).
*If the above amount is less than 11,000 yen (tax included), we will also add the shipping fee of 880 yen (tax included) as specified by our company.
 
◆Delivery information
- The price tag is cut off.
- Delivery notes will not be included.
-It will be delivered wrapped.
 
◆About the expiration date of your order
- It will take 14 days from the day after your order date.
- The gift recipient will need to register the delivery address information within the deadline.
*If the order is not completed within the deadline, your order will be canceled.
